A Sitarama Raju (ASR)

Chairman

Mr. Alluri Sitarama Raju’s entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative approach, and visionary thinking have led to founding several successful companies.

His deep understanding of ground level issues combined with a non-political orientation enabled him to effectively reach out to all segments of the decision-making spectrum and contribute both to the ideation and formulation of policies. Mr. ASR has successfully leveraged this capability to found and lead several companies in the Power Generation, Oil & Gas Infrastructure, and Real Estate sectors.

Tarak Alluri

Managing Director

Mr. Tarak Alluri currently serves as a Director on the board of Tattva Developers Private Limited and is responsible for managing and overseeing Tattva’s investments in the Real Estate sector.

Tarak comes from a family background in the energy sector. He was with IL&FS’s Investment Banking and Project Finance group in Mumbai; thereby developing strong experience in equity and debt investing, as well as a strong exposure to intricacies & complexities of project finance for infrastructure projects in India. Before joining IL&FS, Tarak had worked with Lehman Brothers Investment Management Division in London.
